Dinner and overnight will be at the Ashnil Samburu Camp. The Samburu National Reserve is well known for its resident lions who fight all new incoming lions.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park via Thomson Falls, arriving in time for lunch. You will have an afternoon game drive opportunity to see lions, leopards, flamingoes, rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffalos, etc.

The park covers an area of 188 sq km and provides visitors with some of Kenya’s best bird watching. Thousands of flamingos join into a massive flock that fringes the shores of this soda lake – a pulsing pink swathe of life that carpets the waters. The flamingos are truly a breathtaking sight! This is also an important sanctuary for rhinos, both the black and the white species, which are found under the acacias. Your dinner and overnight will be at the luxury lodge.

Day 5

Covering an area of over 1,500 sq km, the Masai Mara is regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife-viewing areas and is one of the country’s most popular tourist destinations. It is situated in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Nowhere else in Africa is wildlife more abundant, hence the opportunity to see the Big Five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino).

Day 6

Masai Mara National Reserve

You will have a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch at the Mara River. You may have the opportunity to witness the spectacular migration of wildebeest, hippos, crocodiles, etc.

There are plenty of accommodation options both inside and outside the reserve, including lodges, camps, and temporary tents. Balloon safaris are also available. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the luxury lodge.
